We collect information about you when you contact us, use our website and if you complete a marketing sign up form on our websites. Account data – Usernames and email addresses of your online account for our software services are stored in cloud based systems.
Personal data – Your passwords, payment information and credentials are stored in third party cloud based secure services. Logd Ltd do not have access to this information at any time. In the event that the service is terminated by us for whatever reason the information is permanently and irretrievably deleted. If you delete your account the information is permanently and irretrievably deleted. You are responsible for the safe storage of your personal credentials so they may not be compromised by a third party. Logd Ltd accepts no liability for losses or whatsoever caused by the misuse or misappropriation of your personal data.
Project Data – All information you provide about the project or projects you load to our
websites, including, but not limited to: Name, IP addresses, configuration files, is stored in our cloud based systems hosted by our chosen reputable data storage provider. All efforts
are made to ensure security of this information. Access to the project data is restricted to Logd Ltd employees, directors or contractors, unless by express written permission from you.
Recorded Project data – All data recorded from a project is held securely in our cloud based systems hosted at our chosen reputable data storage provider. Access to the project data is restricted to Logd Ltd employees, directors or contractors, unless by express written permission from you.
All the project data will be stored until,
- it is requested by you in writing to be permanently deleted,
- at least 6 months after you cease to purchase services from us at which time the
data may be permanently deleted, - we inform you that the data will be deleted for whatever reason. Logd Limited accepts no responsibility for the availability of the stored data at any time.

You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you to ensure it is accurate or have it removed.
